共同原则
这些应用不需要注册开发者账户，当前版本不包含广告网络、开发者自建的账户云端或第三方营销跟踪。各产品的数据处理、存储和权限有所不同，见下方。Apple 和用户设备系统可能按各自政策处理备份、诊断及分发数据。
命象经纬（DestinyAtlas）｜命盘与时间轴
用户主动输入的人物姓名或别名、出生日期、时间、地点、经纬度、时区、备注和选择的头像，用于本地档案管理与排盘计算。人物档案、命盘、时间轴及相关缓存在设备本地保存。当前 iOS 版本使用离线计算与城市资源，没有开发者服务器、登录、广告、统计分析或远程 AI 接口。照片选择由系统选择器完成，保存图片到相册仅在用户操作后发生。「复制给 AI」只把文本写入系统剪贴板，应用不自动向 AI 发送数据；复制后由其他应用按自己的政策处理。
Divination｜综合占卜
占卜方式选择、问题及操作在本地处理并显示结果。目前公开的网页版／PWA 通过浏览器本地存储保存语言、部分设置和占卜历史，并使用缓存提供离线访问。用户主动复制结果时才写入剪贴板；当前应用逻辑不主动向开发者上传占卜内容。首次访问或更新网页时，静态网站托管方可能处理 IP 地址等正常网络访问日志。计划发布的 iOS 版本将在提交前再次核对实现差异。
TranslateLens｜屏幕与网页翻译
用户主动启动屏幕广播或网页翻译后，TranslateLens 使用 Apple ReplayKit、Vision、Translation 等系统能力，在设备上识别、处理与显示文字。Safari 扩展可能请求网站访问权限，以显示翻译入口并在用户操作后处理网页文本。当前未配置开发者自建的屏幕内容上传服务、广告或营销跟踪。复制的译文、已授权的系统功能和其他接收应用均受相应系统和服务的政策约束。
存储、备份与删除
DestinyAtlas 内删除人物档案会清理相关的应用内记录；删除 App 或清除对应网站的浏览器数据，可按设备和浏览器规则清除本地数据。iOS 的「卸载 App」可能保留文稿及数据。已经导出的图片、文件、剪贴板内容、第三方服务副本或系统备份，不会随源数据删除而自动撤回。是否启用系统备份由用户自行设置。
支持邮件
用户主动联系支持邮箱时，开发者会收到用户提供的邮箱地址、邮件文字和附件，仅用于答复和处理问题。请勿发送密码、完整出生资料、私密截图或其他非必要敏感信息。邮件服务商也会按自己的服务条款处理邮件。可通过支持邮箱申请删除相关邮件往来。
更新与联系
应用数据处理有实质变化时，会更新本页面及对应 App Store 隐私申报。隐私或删除请求请发送至 lenylisupport@icloud.com。

Scope and publisher
This policy applies to DestinyAtlas (命象经纬), Divination and TranslateLens, published by 黎明晗 (Li Minghan, “lenyli”). Contact: lenylisupport@icloud.com.
Shared principles
These apps do not require a developer account. Current versions have no advertising network, developer-operated account cloud or third-party marketing tracking. Individual apps differ in on-device processing, permissions and storage, as described below. Apple and the device operating system may handle backups, diagnostics and distribution data under their own policies.
DestinyAtlas (命象经纬) | Charts and timelines
User-entered names or aliases, birth dates and times, places, coordinates, time zones, notes and selected profile pictures are used for local profiles and chart calculations. Profiles, charts, timelines and related caches are stored on-device. The current iOS build uses offline calculations and bundled city data; it has no developer server, login, ads, analytics or remote AI integration. Photos are selected through Apple's picker, and images are saved to Photos only when the user chooses to do so. “Copy for AI” places text on the system clipboard without sending it to any AI service automatically. Other receiving apps apply their own policies.
Divination | Divination tools
Selections, questions and actions are processed locally to display readings. The existing web/PWA version uses browser local storage for language preferences, certain settings and reading history, and caches resources for offline access. Results are copied to the clipboard only when the user chooses to copy. The current application does not intentionally upload reading history to the developer. The static hosting provider may process ordinary network data such as IP addresses when the website is loaded or updated. The planned iOS edition will be reviewed for any implementation differences before release.
TranslateLens | Screen and webpage translation
After the user initiates screen sharing or webpage translation, TranslateLens uses Apple ReplayKit, Vision, Translation and related system capabilities to recognize and render text on-device. The Safari extension may request website access to show its control and translate webpage content after user action. The current implementation has no developer-operated upload endpoint for captured screen content, advertising or marketing tracking. Copied text and data shared with other apps or system services are governed by the relevant services' policies.
Storage, backups and deletion
Deleting a person in DestinyAtlas removes associated local app records. Deleting an app or clearing browser website data can remove local information according to system rules; iOS “Offload App” may preserve documents and data. Information already exported to Photos, files, clipboards, other services or backups will not be recalled automatically. Device backups depend on user settings.
Support emails
If you contact support, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to provide solely to investigate and answer your request. Please do not send passwords, full birth profiles, private screenshots or unnecessary sensitive information. Your email provider processes messages under its own terms. You may request deletion of support correspondence.
Changes and contact
Material changes in data practices will be reflected here and, where applicable, in App Store privacy disclosures. Email lenylisupport@icloud.com for privacy questions or deletion requests.

共通方針
各アプリに開発者独自のアカウント登録は必要ありません。現行版には広告ネットワーク、開発者運営のアカウント用クラウド、第三者によるマーケティング追跡がありません。端末内処理、権限、保存方法はアプリごとに異なります。Apple と OS はそれぞれの方針に従いバックアップや診断情報などを扱う場合があります。
DestinyAtlas（命象経緯）｜命式とタイムライン
ユーザーが入力した名前または別名、生年月日、時刻、場所、緯度経度、タイムゾーン、メモ、選択した画像は端末内の人物情報管理と命式計算に使用します。人物情報、命式、タイムライン、キャッシュは端末内に保存されます。現行の iOS 版はオフライン計算と同梱の都市データを利用し、開発者サーバー、ログイン、広告、解析、外部 AI 接続を使用しません。画像選択は Apple のシステム機能で行い、写真保存はユーザーの操作時のみ実行します。「AI にコピー」はクリップボードに書き込むだけで、AI に自動送信しません。貼り付け先アプリには独自の方針が適用されます。
Divination｜占術ツール
占術の選択、質問、操作はローカルで処理し、結果を表示します。現在の Web／PWA 版は言語設定、一部設定、占い履歴をブラウザーのローカルストレージに保存し、キャッシュを使ってオフライン利用を提供します。コピーはユーザー操作時のみ実行します。現行アプリは占い履歴を開発者へ自動送信しません。Web サイトの読み込みや更新時には、ホスティング事業者が IP アドレスなどの通常の通信情報を扱う場合があります。公開予定の iOS 版は配信前に実装上の差異を確認します。
TranslateLens｜画面とページの翻訳
ユーザーが画面配信またはページ翻訳を開始した後、Apple ReplayKit、Vision、Translation などを利用して端末内でテキストを認識・処理・表示します。Safari 拡張機能は操作ボタンの表示とユーザーによる翻訳操作のためにサイトへのアクセス権限を要求する場合があります。現行版には開発者が運営する画面データのアップロード先、広告、マーケティング追跡がありません。コピーした内容や他のアプリへ渡した情報には、それぞれのシステムやサービスの方針が適用されます。
保存、バックアップ、削除
DestinyAtlas で人物を削除すると、関連するアプリ内のローカル記録も削除されます。アプリ削除やサイトデータ消去は OS とブラウザーの仕様に従います。iOS の「App を取り除く」ではデータが残る場合があります。写真、ファイル、クリップボード、外部サービス、バックアップに書き出した内容は自動的に撤回されません。バックアップは端末設定に依存します。
サポートメール
お問い合わせを送信すると、送信者が任意に提供したメールアドレス、本文、添付ファイルを受信し、回答と問題対応のために使用します。パスワード、詳細な出生情報、私的なスクリーンショットなど不要な機密情報は送信しないでください。メール事業者には独自の取扱方針があります。サポートメールの削除をご希望の場合はご連絡ください。
変更と連絡先
データの取扱いに重要な変更があった場合、本ページおよび必要な App Store のプライバシー開示を更新します。お問い合わせ：lenylisupport@icloud.com。
